离线模式能否在无网时使用？
可以。iPhone、iPad 和 macOS 应用随包内置游戏前端和词库，离线单人、双人等不依赖服务器的模式无需联网。账号、好友、多人房间和在线题目挑战需要连接 Cloudflare 服务。
房间一直显示连接中，或收不到好友邀请？
请检查网络连接，确认双方使用最新版本，并尝试关闭后重新打开房间。六位房间码需完全一致；房间在所有人离开约 2 分钟后会清理。若问题持续，请提供房间码和发生时间，但不要发送账号密码。
登录失败、忘记密码或需要删除账号？
请发送邮件说明账号用户名和你的请求。出于安全原因，我们会先核实账号归属；请勿在邮件中提供密码。清除本地数据或卸载应用不会自动删除服务器账号。
题目或猜测结果找不到了？
题目挑战及相关答题记录通常在创建约 30 天后过期。若题目仍在有效期内，请确认游戏种类和题目 ID；不同游戏的题目库彼此独立。

Need help? Include your device model, OS and app versions, game mode, steps to reproduce, and any error message. Never send your password or a secret word.
Can I play offline?
Yes. The iPhone, iPad, and macOS apps bundle the game frontend and dictionary. Offline solo, two-player, and other server-independent modes work without internet. Accounts, friends, multiplayer rooms, and online challenges require Cloudflare connectivity.
A room keeps connecting, or an invitation never arrives.
Check both players' connections, confirm they use the latest version, then reopen the room. The six-letter room code must match exactly. Rooms are cleared about two minutes after everyone leaves. If the issue continues, include the room code and time, but never a password.
I cannot sign in, forgot my password, or want my account deleted.
Email us with your username and request. We will need to verify account ownership. Do not send your password. Clearing local data or uninstalling the app does not automatically delete a server account.
Where did my challenge or result go?
Challenges and their play records normally expire about 30 days after creation. If yours should still be available, check the game and challenge ID; each game has its own challenge library.
